Welcome to Abbie Grooming. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your appointment.

1. Services Provided

Abbie Grooming offers professional mobile pet grooming services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via our customer service channels.
We ask that clients be home or have their pet ready at the scheduled appointment time.
Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee (see Section 3).

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-show appointments or last-minute cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

4. Pet Health & Behavior

Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues before the appointment.
We will not groom pets with contagious illnesses for the safety of all clients.
If a pet is aggressive, overly stressed, or poses a safety risk, we reserve the right to stop the grooming session.
Partial services performed before termination will be charged proportionally.

5. Safety & Wellbeing

We prioritize your pet’s health, comfort, and safety above all else. Grooming procedures may be adjusted or skipped if we believe they could cause harm or distress to the animal.

6. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is listed on our website and may vary based on breed, coat condition, and pet size.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your pet’s groom, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. Adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

8. Liability

While we take every precaution, grooming carries inherent risks, especially with pets that have existing health or behavioral issues.
Abbie Grooming is not responsible for accidental injury, illness, or death due to pre-existing conditions, natural aging, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are also not liable for any reactions to products used during grooming, though we use only high-quality, vet-approved products.

9. Photography & Media

We may take photos or videos of pets during grooming for marketing and educational purposes. If you prefer not to have your pet featured, please notify us before the appointment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate local jurisdiction.
