How long does Basic Grooming take?
Most dogs are fully pampered in about 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on coat length, size, and temperament. We focus on efficiency without rushing, so your pet leaves clean, comfortable, and relaxed.
Is Basic Grooming enough for all breeds, including long-coated ones?
Basic Grooming works beautifully for short to medium coats. Long-haired breeds often need a Full Grooming to prevent mats, keep coats healthy, and maintain style. We’ll advise what’s best for your dog after a quick coat check.
What’s the difference between Basic and Full Grooming?
Basic Grooming covers the essentials—bath, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Full Grooming includes everything in Basic plus a full haircut or breed-specific styling for a complete makeover.
How often should I bathe my dog at home between grooming sessions?
Bathing every 4–12 weeks is common, depending on how active your dog is and their skin type. Over-bathing can strip natural oils and lead to dryness, so sticking with a regular but not excessive schedule is best.
