Abbie Pet Grooming \u2013 Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Welcome to Abbie Pet Grooming. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your appointment.<\/p>

1. Services Provided<\/strong><\/h3>

Abbie Pet Grooming offers professional mobile pet grooming services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.<\/p>

2. Appointments & Scheduling<\/strong><\/h3>

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via our customer service channels.<\/p><\/li>

  • We ask that clients be home or have their pet ready at the scheduled appointment time.<\/p><\/li>

  • Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion.<\/p><\/li>

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee (see Section 3).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    3. Cancellations & No-Shows<\/strong><\/h3>

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong> to avoid a cancellation fee.<\/p><\/li>

    • No-show appointments or last-minute cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service fee<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • We understand emergencies happen \u2014 please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Pet Health & Behavior<\/strong><\/h3>

      • Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues before the appointment.<\/p><\/li>

      • We will not groom pets with contagious illnesses for the safety of all clients.<\/p><\/li>

      • If a pet is aggressive, overly stressed, or poses a safety risk, we reserve the right to stop the grooming session.<\/p><\/li>

      • Partial services performed before termination will be charged proportionally.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        5. Safety & Wellbeing<\/strong><\/h3>

        We prioritize your pet\u2019s health, comfort, and safety above all else. Grooming procedures may be adjusted or skipped if we believe they could cause harm or distress to the animal.<\/p>

        6. Pricing & Payment<\/strong><\/h3>

        • All pricing is listed on our website and may vary based on breed, coat condition, and pet size.<\/p><\/li>

        • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit\/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.<\/p><\/li>

        • Prices are subject to change without notice.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          7. Satisfaction Guarantee<\/strong><\/h3>

          If you are unsatisfied with your pet\u2019s groom, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. Adjustments may be offered at our discretion.<\/p>

          8. Liability<\/strong><\/h3>

          • While we take every precaution, grooming carries inherent risks, especially with pets that have existing health or behavioral issues.<\/p><\/li>

          • Abbie Pet Grooming is not responsible for accidental injury, illness, or death due to pre-existing conditions, natural aging, or circumstances beyond our control.<\/p><\/li>

          • We are also not liable for any reactions to products used during grooming, though we use only high-quality, vet-approved products.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            9. Photography & Media<\/strong><\/h3>

            We may take photos or videos of pets during grooming for marketing and educational purposes. If you prefer not to have your pet featured, please notify us before the appointment.<\/p>

            10. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h3>

            These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate local jurisdiction.<\/p>
